Since last two year I am working with Azure DevOps ( Initially Visual Studio Team Service). I can not say I am master in this but I would like to share knowledge so any one can start using it.

You can say that Azure DevOps is evolution of Visual Studio Team Service. You can basic idea of this at https://azure.microsoft.com/en-in/blog/introducing-azure-devops/

If you are using it for 5 or less users it is free. ( More on this you can fine Licence.
